The New Media’s psychological, social, political and economical roles were amongst the most important issues discussed by the New World. In this context, Faculty of Communication is planning to arrange a conference opening a different subtitle to a scientific debate under the main title of New Approaches Conference. Since it is 100^th Anniversary of Gallipoli this year, the subtitle of the debate has been planned to be “Language of Peace and War in the New Media”. This war taking place a hundred years ago from today was very important not only for Turkey but
also for the history of the world, and formed the basis of peace for future generations*. Apart from proceedings, this year, the participants can participate in the conference with artistic Works such as**Poster, Graphic Design and Video*. These studies will be presented as a part of the conference, therefore the participants applying for graphic design are required to send their work until the date of August 15, 2015 in PDF formatç Since these studies will be presented as a part of the conference, the participants applying to the conference with a graphic design and a video are required to upload them to the digital environment until the date of August 15, 2015. Graphic designs should be in PDF format and videos should have youtube links. The participants who add a password to their youtube links are required to send their passwords via e-mail.
*The language of the conference is Turkish and English. The presentations made in the conference will be published as a full text bd Republic of Turkey-Office of the Prime Minister Directorate General of Press and Information. In order to get the published books delivered to the participants during the conference, full texts are required to be uploaded to the system until the date of September 01, 2015.
