Paper presentation guidelines

Each paper presentation lasts 20 minutes (including a 5 minutes discussion). Presentations should be in English.

In person presentation

Standard presentation equipment will be provided including a video projector (VGA or HDMI) and stereo sound system (mini-jack). Please bring your own VGA or HDMI connector, as well as a mini-jack output adapter if it is not included on your device.

A computer will be available in the conference rooms.

Remote presentation (video-conferencing)

Remote presentations (video-conferencing) will be given via ZOOM. But, in order to prevent any connection malfunctioning and to guarantee the presentation, NCMM21 Committee asks each participant to provide a 15 minute video-recording to be sent up to April 20th.

The video recording should be sent in Mp4 or MOV format.

Video-recordings will be prepared to be launched accordingly to the conference program. In any case, we expect that the participant will be available for the discussion at the end of the presentation (in case of poor wi-fi connection this will be carried out by chat or phone call).

Time zone differences for online participants will be taken into account.

Conference diffusion

The event will be live-streamed on a YouTube channel to be announced soon.
