The registration at Nova Contemporary Music Meeting 2025 is made by ConfTool Conference System.

The registration to the conference includes:
Participation of 3-day conference
Abstracts and Certificate of Participation
Lunch, Concert and Social Dinner (for in-person speakers only)

Important notes:

You should send us the payment proof (PDF) of the conference fee payment. Without that document, your registration process cannot be confirmed.

Price does not include PayPal fees. For PayPal prices with fees, see detailed table in registration form.

*For Student price, a valid student certificate is required (PDF).

Entry is free for attendees, but they must still complete the Registration Form (for statistical purposes only).
Note: lunches and social dinner are not included for attendants.
