Presentation Guidelines
Due to the technical setup and the videoconferencing system in the conference rooms, all presentations will be run from the room computers rather than personal laptops.
Participants are kindly asked to either:
- Send their presentation in advance (including any sound or video examples), or
- Bring all necessary files on an external device and transfer them to the room computer during the break before their session.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Social Dinner – 7 May
All conference participants are kindly asked to complete the form regarding the Social Dinner, taking place on the evening of 7 May. This form allows you to select your preferred dishes from the menu.
Please make sure to submit your choices by 4 May using our FORM
Lunch Information
Lunch will be served at the university canteen.
Meal tickets will be provided at the registration desk upon check-in.
Each ticket includes:
- A soup,
- A main dish,
- Dessert,
- Bread,
- Still water.
Please note that other drinks and coffee are not included in the lunch ticket but can be purchased separately at the canteen.
