Submission Requirements:
Submissions must be in PDF format and include:
Abstract: Presented in English (500 words maximum, accompanied by 2–3 keywords).
Author Information:
- Name(s)
- Institutional affiliation (if any)
- E-mail address
- Short biography (up to 150 words)
- A short list of selected publications, artistic works, or research outputs (up to 10 entries)
- Indication of whether the applicant is currently a PhD student.
Abstracts and biographies should be submitted in publication-ready English.
Submissions from students and early-career postdoctoral researchers are particularly encouraged.
Submission Process:
All proposals must be submitted to the Sciencesconf management system.
The submission platform link will be available from 15 July 2026.
Paper Presentation Guidelines:
- Each presentation will last 20 minutes, including 5 minutes for discussion.
- Presentations must be given in English.
- Standard presentation equipment will be available, including a video projector and stereo sound system. Participants are requested to bring any necessary adapters for HDMI, VGA, or audio connections.
- A computer will be available in the conference rooms.
Publication Opportunities:
Selected papers presented at NCMM2027 may be considered for publication in the Nova Contemporary Music Journal, dependent on the journal’s editorial and peer-review procedures.
